On Raw, Triple H returned to action for the first time to take on Randy Orton.
The Game was a late call up following a positive coronavirus test to WWE champion Drew McIntyre who was supposed to face Orton in a non-title match in the main event, but WWE chiefs had to quickly change those plans.

Instead, Triple H kicked off Raw, before being interrupted by Orton, who challenged him to a fight later on.
After initially saying ‘no’, The Game accepted and faced the Viper in the main event.
WWE’s commentary team notably called the bout a ‘fight’ rather than a match with no referee present.

It was the first time Triple H had wrestled on WWE television since losing to Orton at Super ShowDown in Saudi Arabia in June 2019.
And his wrestling return was brief as Alexa Bliss interrupted the fight to blast Orton in the face with a fireball as Raw went off air.
Bliss was getting her revenge for ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt, who was set on fire by Orton at TLC last month.
